Background:

Russell & Russell is a well respected solicitors firm with a number of physical branches across the North West region. Full service, they act on behalf of the general public with matters associated with family, conveyancing, personal injury etc; as well as the business community seeking legal advice.

Challenge:

The legal sector is an extremely busy space and not only competes on a local level, but also a national level against the ‘no win no fee’ big players. As such, Russell & Russell needed a robust online presence to attract a heavy footfall of search traffic in order to grow the business.

Solution:

We designed and built a UX-centric website, offering Users a clear journey through the legal services provided, each section and page packed with valuable information to guide the novice through the legal minefield. We also integrated a payment facility and connection with in-house file sharing system allowing a seamless journey for both user and R&R staff.
